EXPERIENCE:

Skills required to perform the following duties/responsibilities, as well as the job description listed:

Support day-to-day operations including working with fellow IT staff to resolve call center agent application issues.
Support Contact Center desktop applications Avaya EMC, Verint QM and CMS including deploying and troubleshooting
Performs other related duties as required.Experience must include demonstrated experience with Verint desktop analytics support, Avaya Communications Manager 6.2 or newer, and Avaya Elite Multichannel (EMC) 6.3/CCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma (degree preferred)

4+ years’ experience in Avaya application support.
