Job Description :
Title: Automation tester (Servicenow)
Location: San Antonio, TX 78218
Duration: 6+ months

Responsibilities
Writes and executes automated test scripts and automation objects using Ruby & Cucumber with Selenium WebDriver.
Writes positive and negative smoke and regression test scripts to test product functionality and integration with upstream and downstream dependencies .
Tests APIs, user interfaces, web services and/or web applications .
Participates in test automation code reviews .
Collaborates with other quality and development engineers to build, evolve, and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline
Maintains and tracks works with daily check-ins to github and ServiceNow.

Required Skills (and years of experience)
5+ years developing and/or testing ServiceNow modules
Can write object-oriented code reliably and on demand in Ruby & Selenium WebDriver
Experience writing GUI automation scripts using Cucumber test framework
Need to know ServiceNow
Need to understand terminology associated with devices

Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB module is a huge plus
7+ years of experience as an automation tester.
7+ years of experience with developing and/or testing enterprise systems at scale
Experience with Linux, specifically Red Hat or Ubuntu, and shell scripting

How will the performance be measured?
By the quality of code and productivity
The team needs to deliver & execute the test plan for this project (rollout, integration test phase at speed & at quality)
