Position: Automation Tester
Location: East Lansing, MI
Duration: 12 months
Skill’s: * Experience Test Lead who should be able to recommend appropriate test automation strategy and tools for the project.
* Should be able to evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements for testability and the test cases and use cases for suitability for automation.
* Responsible for or assist the Test Architect or Test Manager in the development of the test automation strategy, automation framework and in reporting the automation test execution and defect metrics.
* Should be able to manage automation test team by recommending tools and processes to automate other test activities, such as test management, reporting, test data generation and defect management.
* Implement the strategy via developing, automation approach and framework.
* Should be able to Install automation tools in the Test environment and build & execute automation scripts

Position: Sr. Performance Auto Tester
Location: East Lansing, MI
Duration: 12 months
Skill’s: I KNOW THAT XAMARIN UI IS GOING TO BE DIFFICULT TO FILL AT THIS RATE. SEND ME THE CONSULTANTS THAT YOU HAVE AT THE RATE THAT IS AS REASONABLE AS YOU CAN MAKE THEM. THEN I WILL SPEAK TO THE IBM MANAGEMENT AND THEY WILL GO BACK TO THE CLIENT ACCOUNT TEAM AND SEE IF WE CAN PUSH THE RATE UP. "Experience with Xamarin UI Test and frameworks
Must have high level understanding and experience in performance testing, with skills such as Jmeter and HP Load Runner
Experience in MS Coded UI and VBA and understanding of API testing
Must have mobile experience with Appium and very strong background scripting automated test cases with Selenium
