Automation Tester
Build the testing framework to simulate end-to-end scenarios using various platforms and technologies.
Work as an Agile team member to provide solutions to business stories (requirements) including automated test scenarios. Participate in understanding and grooming of user stories, create QA tasks, test cases, and functional automation.
Strong understanding and QA engineering, analysis, and testing with strong technical understanding of SW development. Experience or understanding of Agile software development methodology. Ability to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm.
Prior experience in Big Data testing process with the open source Apache Hadoop software framework. Must have knowledge of loading the initial data into the HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System Execution of Map-Reduce operations and Rolling out the output results from the HDFS.
