Automation QA Lead with Java/ TDM Experience:-

Location:- Omaha NE

Duration:- 6 months

Essential Job Functions

· Serves as the owner/administrator/subject matter expert of test data management, change management, automated testing and other process improvement solutions.

· Leads and coordinates the implementation efforts and expanded usage of test data management, change management, automated testing and other process improvement solutions, as appropriate.

· Collaborates within the Business Technology division and across business divisions to determine best practices and process improvements in testing, test data management, software change management and related technical tools; coordinate and drive the related implementation efforts.

· Defines, designs and drives the implementation of automated measurement and metric calculations and illustrations of measures such as key performance indicators, productivity and process audits.

· Trains, mentors and educates other staff in the effective and appropriate use of testing, test data and change management, automated measurement and metric calculation processes and tools

· Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

This job requires a background that demonstrates the following minimum knowledge, skills, talents and traits:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience and 5 years' experience in computer operations, systems administration, database administration or programming/scripting. Such experience must include a minimum of 3 years of information technology experience that includes test plan and test case development, test automation, and code coverage as well as prior experience with tools and processes related to data management, software change management, and automated testing and software development, testing and deployment for enterprise-level systems.
* Proven success utilizing testing methodologies and software engineering tools and methods in testing client / server / service software throughout the software development cycle
* Dedicated to improvement and innovation regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of testing and quality management
* Ability to learn fast, be self-driven and to work across teams and disciplines
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to engage well with others and be passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience

Experience with automated testing tools and software quality assurance practices
* Experience with white-box technical reviews and testing with java and related open technologies
* Hands-on experience in building automation frameworks and automating functional test cases for enterprise-level, java and open-technology projects
* Software and/or process development experience
* Experience with agile, extreme and related iterative / continuous build engineering
