For the testing engineer we need the following skills:
BDD, Cucumber skillset
ability to define an end to end test strategy for a multi lingual, multi channel, highly available responsive eco system.
ability to define processes for testing in an agile/scrum environment.
ability to compare multiple tools and recommend tools for automating functional tests, integration tests, performance test and pen testing
ability to mentor the team and help cross train all team members
ability to work with the devops team and automate the testing for deployment
