Roles/Job Description:
Automation Lead – 8 to 12 Years of experience in automation (specifically)
· Develop automation plans and strategies to implement to automation for various applications
· Primary interface with application and Automation teams to discuss Automation Testing scope, framework tailoring and script design
· Recommend suitable tools, processes, templates and standards for Automation testing
· Leads and guides teams in framework and tool selection process
· Guiding /Hands on experience using automation using tools such as Selenium, Java, UFT, Angular JS, SQL, Protractor and Cucumber, with BDD experience
· Ensure implementation of standard processes, perform script reviews as needed
· Provide technical support to resolve any technical issues during design and execution of Automation test scripts
· Conduct analysis of tools and PoCs to confirm fitment within BNYM
· Collects metrics and generates reports for management reviews
· Participates in walkthrough sessions/meetings on Automation test strategy to BNYM stakeholders
· Should be able to work hands on automation framework development, script development and execution
