Audio Visual Deployment Engineer
Location - NYC- Manhattan
Must be GC or USC as this is CTH to JPMC, no visa dependencies, No EAD, No OPT/CPT

Job Description:
Audio Visual Deployment Engineer is 100% accountable for all aspects of audio visual projects related to office and building based services including customer requirements, budget forecasts, audio visual design proposal, vendor bid process, project plan, implementation, testing and operational turnover into production.
General Oversight
o Governs the audio visual project lifecycle from initiation to closure
o Collaborates closely with Global Real Estate ,General Services, GTI PMO and lines of business
o Collects customer requirements and scope of work and gets appropriate signoff for audio visual
o Develops standard audio visual project plan and monitors
o Develops audio visual budget for projects and manages forecasts and actuals
o Manages third party audio and visual vendors on design and execution
o Ensures appropriate metrics and reporting are in place to track design , financial performance and execution
Design and plan
o Leverages standard audio visual designs and applies to customer requirements
o Creates and documents audio visual design
o Develops vendor bid packages relative to customer requirements
o Works in partnership with sourcing to analyze vendor bids and recommend vendor
o Develop audio visual project plan in partnership with GRE and AV vendor
o Procure equipment from vendor
Implementation and Testing
o Manage appropriate vendors during implementation
o Staging and testing of all audio visual equipment
o Configuration of all room based audio visual equipment
o Test and cutover audio visual equipment
o Training of line of business and GMS operations on all audio visual equipment
o Completing operations turnover into production
Qualifications / Experience
2-3 years of experience in Information Technology, with an emphasis on audio visual technologies, multimedia and project management. CTS and PMP certification a plus.
Strong experience with Telepresence and Audio Conferencing technologies - including experience designing and building Multimedia solutions that scale to tens of thousands of users
Strong experience with Telepresence endpoints, Integrated Audio Visual systems, Wired and Wireless Microphones, Control Systems, Digital Signage , IPTV and Smart Boards
Good understanding of Network technology
Excellent ability to multi-task several audio visual projects
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience working with culturally diverse teams / vendors across a global geographic footprint
Experience in leading global or regional technology-based initiatives with differing priorities based on the line of business client
