Job description:
Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira with Zephyr), work with customers to enable Project workspace creation, custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports.
Create and manage complex components, including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes, providing Atlassian tool support to client engagement teams, client users, and internal project teams.
Troubleshoot and triage support issues in a timely fashion to help meet any operational service-level agreements (SLAs)
Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira with Zephyr), working with customers to enable Project workspace creation, custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports.
Manage support tickets for assistance requests, support, and general product questions, providing training and demos as needed
Engage closely with client administrators, including user license provisioning, system settings review, end user documentation, and system configuration based on internal product decisions and user feedback
Provide the management team with usage and adoption metrics, reports, and dashboards
Escalate issues to and build relationships with internal and vendor support teams, owning the interaction with them on support tickets
Build and own standard templates, JIRA reports, dashboards, and on-demand requirements from the project management office (PMO) and client engagement teams
Provide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of implemented solutions
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environments
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
