"• 5+ years of prior experience with application / platform development for Call Center / Contact Center technologies.
Experience in deploying, configuring and administering Aspect UIP 7.3 Dialer. Experience in upgrading UIP from a prior version to 7.3 or 7.x very desirable.
Experience with Windows, SQL DB required.
Experience with M3 Scripting.
Experience with Java, J2EE, REST and SOAP Web service Development (Preferred)
Experience integrating with Genesys Platform for Aspect UIP perspective (Preferred
Experience with configuring Blended Agent Environments.
Experience is configuring to configure AOD feeds.
Familiarity with SNMP, troubleshooting and testing UIP adjuncts and integrations
Experience working in Kanban/Scrum teams (Preferred)
