Job Description :

AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Apply AI/Machine Learning technology to solve real-world problems

- Analyze source data and data flows, working with structured and unstructured data.

- Manipulate high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends

- Analyze and visualize diverse sources of data, interpret results in the business context and report results clearly and concisely

- Communicate and present models to business customers and executive

- Work collaboratively with partners across different technology and business groups

- Teach and mentor others in the use of AI/Machine Learning technology.

Required:

- Any experience with AI solutions that provides voice based authentication and call center routing.

- Any experience with AI/ML analysis on email, text, chat etc. and predict next recommended action.

- High business acumen, Strong oral, written and presentation skills

- Demonstrated ability in the application of Machine Learning/AI in real-world industrial settings with large scale data

- Good to have degree in a field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Engineering

- Good experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques and tools

- Good experience with data sources and platforms (Unix/Linux, Teradata, Hadoop, Oracle, SQL Server and DB2)

Desired:

- Educational background in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Engineering

- Experience working in Waterfall or Agile software development environment.
