MAX BR $125 Aris Developer As a member of the Enterprise BPM Solutions, they will provide Development, Administration, Deployment and application support to the enterprise for the ARIS Team. The role is a primarily to extend the Core capability of ARIS Platform. To provide consistent solutions to the enterprise and to promote employee development, he/she will work very closely with their peers. The team has been challenged to drive broader adoption of the ARIS application for documenting both business processes and the supporting infrastructure and information flows. In addition, there are genuine business requirements driving a need to evaluate and deploy the currently unused capabilities of the ARIS platform, including business process simulation. In particular, the successful candidate will: • Provide support to enterprise organizations wanting to deploy current and future ARIS capabilities • Work with the off-shore/On-Shore ARIS team to improve the model review process, RCM and Governance Process. Customized version for our organization. • Complete various projects designed at maturing the ARIS capability • Support development of ARIS training material • Support the testing and deployment of software fixes, enhancements and upgrades 1. Technical configuration of the ARIS 9.8 Design and Installation of ARIS 9.8 platform 2. Knowledge of ARIS runnables and configure them to scale both vertically and horizontally 3. Setup and configuration of the various clients (ARIS Connect, Designer, Publisher, Architect, Simulator 4. Business Process Modeling Experience with ARIS Connect/ Architect 5. Develop ARIS reports, Macros, customize reports as per bank needs. 6. Experience with VEA Solution Accelerators in ARIS Platform 7. Aris Java Script based Reporting development capabilities and deliver output in different formats (pdf/word/excel etc) 8. Enhance UMC reports for the needs of Bank to deal with Compliance and develop as needed. Should be able to enhance the OTB reports to bank specific needs 9. Setting up the ARIS project database: Process and model architecture, ARIS group structure, user and access rights management 10. Creation and execution of Business Requirement checks (User-defined Semantic Checks for validation of specific business requirements 11. Facilitation in the resolution of issues arising when Semantic Checks report inconsistencies in the Modeling. ARIS RCM(Release cycle management) /Governance Process 12. Working experience on Installation and configuration of both ARIS Business Architect, Connect and Publisher in multi-project environment. 13. Environment: Linux, Windows , Oracle, SQL Server, Tomcat, Shell Scripting, DOS Batch files, Autosys job scheduling 14. BPMN/XML export and import capability usage of ARIS models 15. Experience in code/models/objects/reports promotion from lower environments to higher environments. DEV?QA?UAT?Production 16. Allocation of licenses 17.
