Position : LEAD IT Architect - Identity Access Management
Locations: St.Louis, MO(Preferred) , Franklin Lakes, NJ, Bloomington, MN, Memphis, TN, Orlando, FL
Duration: 5 Month Contract - potential right to hire

General Summary:
IT Architect - RSA Governance & Lifecycle tool, Identity Management Lead manages teams and drives overall vision according to the team''s goals.
Spearheads the development, implementation and communications of Architecture Roadmap Strategies to ensure that technical systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve Business and IT performance and budgetary objectives.
IT Architect Lead provides guidance to IT Infrastructure and Application teams on Architecture''s Framework, Patterns, Best Practices, approved Technologies, and tools / solutions; presents and champions architectural concepts and ideas across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent work experience 10+ years experience in a large-scale, multi-language, multi platform, multi-tier processing environment Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to IT Infrastructure and Application teams on Architectures frameworks, patterns, designs and best practices Demonstrated ability to distinguish and appropriately leverage strategic and tactical perspectives in creating and assessing solutions Broad multidisciplinary knowledge of procedures and best practices
Experience with designing and supporting high-volume / mission critical systems Experience with evaluating and assessing vendor solutions via product demonstrations and proof of concepts to determine their alignment with stated goals and Architectural strategy Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other department to resolve complex architecture issues with innovative solutions.
Required Skills: Application Engineering, Identity Access Management (IDM / IAM), G&L highly desired.
