Title: Archer Administrator/Archer Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
Administration
Access
o Approve user requests via RackerApp (Archer_Users for Dev & Staging, Archer_ProdUsers for Production)
o Configure user access via defined user groups.

Day to Day
o Monitor
Service Now queue for user issues/user requests
Daily data feeds Service Now, GPS, Archer to Archer data feeds.
Performance Monitoring.
Infrastructure issues (IIS, SQL, Archer Web Management
Archer related issues ticket opened with RSA Link for RSA assistance.
o Updates
Monitor RSA advisories for Archer system updates.
Monitor system after monthly patching.
Create, Import, Install and Test Archer Packages for Module Updates between environments.
o Reporting
Send out daily/monthly reporting for BU’s.
Performance reporting.
Development
Requirements
o Gather Archer updates and requirements from business as well as from Archer Admin perspective
o Discuss Archer capabilities/best practices with business to ensure Archer stability in conjunction with meeting business needs
o Document requirements with enough detail to avoid confusion
o Work examples: Questionnaires, Data imports, Data feed creation & updates, Layout, Workflow, and feature releases
o Push back on requests/requirements that are outside the best practice for the Archer application
Development
o Develop, Configure, and Update Archer environments with business request.
Test
o Test out developed changes to ensure they meet requested acceptance criteria
o Support UAT

Required Skills (and years of experience): TOP 5 SKILLS NEEDED
Configuration and optimization of the eGRC solution, including workflows, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements and leveraging standard, best practices of the Archer application
Discuss Archer capabilities/best practices with business to ensure Archer stability in conjunction with meeting business needs
Document requirements with enough detail to avoid confusion
Collaborate with business customers in applying process and functional requirements to application design modifications
Day-to-day assignments will include managing the support queue, meetings with project team members and business partners, converting business requirements into configuration solutions, working with other teams as needed, creating/executing testing scenarios, and coordinating user acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES)
Automate data collection instruments and coordinate the development of data interfaces with other systems.

Education Requirement:
4-5 years of experience working in a technology organization within a fast paced, innovative, technology driven environment ideally in a regulated industry
Previous experience in customer support, computer operations, system administration, or another related area
Familiarity with most basic system administration tools and processes
Experience with PCI DSS, ISO27001/2, HIPAA/ HITRUST, SOX, SSAE 16 SOC1 & 2, etc.
Experience supporting, configuring and/or customizing RSA Archer 6. x is a plus
Strong Business Analyst skills and good project management skills
Capable multi-tasker who can drive projects/changes to completion while effectively collaborating and working across business and technical team resulting in high-functioning effective partnerships
Solid follow-up, strong delivery focus, positive attitude and collaborative style
