Job Description :
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Salesforce Applications Support Administrator on a long term consulting basis. In this role, the Salesforce Applications Support Specialist will:
* Provide support in building and testing new tools and business processes, testing, validation and documentation.
* Assist in installing additional applications and Add-ons within Salesforce that might include: Reporting, TargetX, FormAssembly, Demand Tools and Informatica.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
* Salesforce applications support, development and/or administration.
* Salesforce add-on tools that might include a combination of Reporting, TargetX, FormAssembly, Demand Tools and Informatica.
* Higher Education, Banner and student and admissions environments highly desirable.
* Salesforce Certified - (preferred
