Job Description :
ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with technical, application or service related questions, i.e. programming, tooling, communication or data exchange.Work with Machine Sales to prepare machine demos; order required materials, program and set-up machine, run demo and answers customer questions.Analyze customer requirements including risk factors.Obtain necessary vendor support and quotations.Conduct on-site training per customer need; operator training or basic/advanced programming. Set up machine and prepare for training classes.Prepare for and participate in trade shows; write programs, order tooling & materials, set up. Demo and answers questions.Manage and lead new project launches through delivery and installation at Customer’s site.Maximum of 50% travel in multi-state region; drive or fly depending on distance. Employee is expected to work at the Technical Center when not visiting customers.RequirementsExperience in programming, editing, setting up and operating CNC vertical and/or horizontal machines.5+ years of working experienceExperience with FANUC is requiredIdeal candidate possess 5+ year of experience with CNC Lathes, Mills and Machining CentersAbility to work independently, balancing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.Positive, professional attitude and customer service background QualificationsLocal candidates preferredJob Type: Full-time
