Recruiting for #1 Leader in Supply Chain and Logistics - Senior Applications Architect in Alpharetta, GA. The Senior Applications Architect is responsible for highly complex projects and provides guidance to a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on cross-functional projects. Serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Technology (I.T. This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects, determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems, and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision.
Preferred Bachelor’s and/or Master''s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent in work experience. The Senior Applications Architect must have deep domain expertise of cloud application development solutions (e.g. PaaS, Serverless, API Management), container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry), continuous integration technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure for DevOps, Chef, Puppet), web application server technologies, cloud application design, software architecture and practices (design/development/deployment, Agile, SCRUM, ALM.
