Job Description:-
8+ years of overall experience in App packaging & End User technologies.
5+ years of experience managing deployments in test & live environment.
Responsibilities:-
Package application using Felexera Admin Suite
Manage deployments via SCCM 2012
Coordinate with end users for troubleshooting & resolution.
Automate installations via scripts in VB & Powershell
Provide updates on installation status to the customer
Coordinate work assignment with offshore teams & provide weekly/daily updates to customer
Report metrics & process improvements on a regular basis with the customers.
Required Skill Set:
Application packaging , MAC packaging, Flexera Admin Studio, Application Virtualization(APPV), SCCM 2012, AD & Group Policy Management
Scripting Skills: VB, PowerShell, Bbash Scripting
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, Analytical & problem solving Skill set
Preferred Skill Set: CitrixXen Desktop Support
