Responsibilities:-
1.Package application using Felexera Admin Suite
2.Manage deployments via SCCM 2012
3.Coordinate with end users for troubleshooting & resolution.
4.Automate installations via scripts in VB & Powershell
5.Provide updates on installation status to the customer
6.Coordinate work assignment with offshore teams & provide weekly/daily updates to customer
7.Report metrics & process improvements on a regular basis with the customers.
