Job Description :
Role: Application Support Engineer
Location: Little Rock, AR



Responsibilities:
As an application support engineer, you will provide Level 3 support for a broad range of applications across multiple technologies. You will provide critical input for resolution of application issues with both business teams and development teams. You will contribute by monitoring and reporting on open application support tickets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of working experience
Very Strong analytical/problem solving skills- ability to independently research problems and create solutions
2+ years customer service/help desk support experience
Strong communication-written and verbal.
Ability to work in team environment
Experience troubleshooting various desktop applications including but not limited to browser issues, basic Windows problems, web application issues, user name and password issues.
Experience using a call tracking system to receive, monitor and document daily responsibilities.
Excellent Organizational and follow up skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Recruiter Preferred:

4+ years of experience in customer support and helpdesk
