Application Support Analyst

Location: Herndon, VA

Duration: 6+ months

Interview: Phone then F2F

Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD

Provide production support several key application critical processes 24/7
as well as their associated infrastructure components and services such as
Autosys, Middleware (WebLogic/JBOSS), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), TIBCO,
Network, UNIX, Wintel, Oracle/Sybase, ETL (Abinitio, Informatica)
Follow Client defined change management process for deployments and incident
management process

Work with Level three team to establish/enhance knowledge articles
supporting application production support
Provide support on on-boarding new application to the production environment
Good understanding of NFR - non-functional requirements
Ability to write SQL queries in supporting level two production support
analysis

5 or more years'' experience in production support environment
Proven history of successful interaction with internal customers and/or
enterprise IT department
Good working knowledge of Autosys, Java, SQL, Weblogic, UNIX, Oracle, ETL,
Sybase
Recommended understanding of TIBCO, ESB, Autosys, Sysbase
Good communication and Writing skills
Notes:
This is a 24x7 application support environment. Need candidates
flexible to cover shifts

Will be primary support once every 4 weeks
When not primary support will be in office for standard business hours
This team support 52 applications in the multi-family space
Any from old legacy apps to newer cutting edge apps
Doesn''t need someone who is an expert in any 1 technology, but
must be efficient in a variety of these
Oracle, SQL, Unix, SOA, Tibco, ESP, etc
Basic authosys knowledge would be a plus, but not required
Also, knowledge of Java and WebLogic Middleware
