Location: Ideally onsite - Denver is main hub, open to other places, SF, Boston, New Jersey, Antonio, Morrisville
Can be remote if resource can work remotely well

Web app/service security - ideally experience pentesting web apps/services
Threat modelling
Java - ideally experience carrying out manual code reviews
Microservice architecture
SDLC - version control, branching strategies, TDD/BDD, CI/CD, continuous monitoring
S-SDLC - pre-commit/pre-receive hooks, dependency scanning, SAST, vuln scanning, DAST
Soft requirements
Culture - need to be collaborative, communication is key. Embedded team co-located globally. Ability on clear and concise communication and open for collaboration
Avengelical and ambassador type person - step into unknown come up quickly and start mentoring
