Description:
Advanced skill in configuring and supporting software applications,
Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries,
Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting skills,
Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organization’s use of the software applications, and
Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
10+ years experience in Operation / Production Support
10+ years exp in PL / SQL in Oracle
5+ years hands-on exp in Linux including scripting, installation etc
5+ years hands-on exp in Windows including IIS, installation etc
5+ experience in batch Automation with Oracle ODI / Storproc.
2+ years exp in Splunk or equivalent tool
2+ exp in AWS (Certification preferred)
Knowledge on Java Spring, Tomcat is plus.

Every effort has been made to make the environment as safe and comfortable as possible. Overtime may be required at times and travel for related meetings, support or training opportunities.
Responsible for defining, planning, and monitoring all application support activities for IT applications including trouble shooting, performance monitoring, recommendation of resolution, installation, training, and script/code writing - Implements and supports a broad range of facility-based IT&S equipment - Responsible for the set-up and repair of facility-based, end-user infrastructure and resolution of desktop incidents and requests reported by facility users to the service desk - Advanced hands-on technical support is provided across a broad range of technical areas Bachelor''s degree in information systems field is preferred
4 years of Experience with infrastructure automation tools and fluency in web languages
Experience with tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Docker, Chef and Windows PowerShell DSC as well as fluency in languages including Ruby, Python, Java and PHP.
Familiarity with CI (continuous integration) tools
CI tools DevOps candidates should be familiar with include CruiseControl, CruiseControl.NET, Jenkins, Bamboo, Hudson, ThoughtWorks’ Go, Urbancode’s Anthill Pro, Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server and Jetbrains’ Team City.
4 years of exp in AWS; AWS Solutions Architect OR Developer certified a plus.
Extensive knowledge of software build cycles
Experience deploying code
Experience in software architecture
Familiarity with application programming
Database management
System design
