Job Description Full Stack Developer
The application developer will be responsible for the development activities supporting the Test Data Management (TDM) practice at QVC. As part of the application development team supporting TDM, and through development languages or tools, the ideal candidate will play a key role in developing new APIs, integrations and applications supporting the TDM vision.
Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of the latest trends in the TDM industry and engage with other team members to consult and help implement TDM practices.
Act as a change agent and champion for TDM practices.
Interface with various teams within IT including Application Development, Enterprise Data Work independently to develop tools and applications, including APIs, services, micro-services, databases, and virtual servers that will help deliver high quality solutions quickly.
Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation for relevant applications supporting design, development and operational phases.
Interface with various teams within IT including Application Development, Enterprise Data Management, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations, ensuring production readiness.
Estimates own work effort for input to project planning.
Escalates delays, issues, risks and highlights to project managers and/or project leads.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in general system delivery
3+ years within Test Data Management (TDM) Practice
3+ years experience with Computer Associates Test Data Management Tools
o Javelin tool experience
o DevTest tool experience
o ARD – agile requirement designer
o Test Data Visualizer
o Virtual Service configuration with TDM
o SQL knowledge for data analysis
o JavaScript and/or Java knowledge
o TDM Portal and Tools admin experience a plus (ability to install/configure application and tools
3+ years experience with Informatica
o ETL
o Sub-setting
o Masking
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
Experience with Extract, Transformation, Load (ETL) Processes
Experience with Solution Architecture
Experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD)
Experience in Source code/repository management
Experience in collaboration platforms
Experience in scripting languages
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience building RESTful APIs using Java stack.
A Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
