Job Description:
EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years experience
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Application Architect:
Contributes to overall systems architecture vision and ensures specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged.
Creates architectural designs that articulate the business context, conceptual design and component-level logical design.
Analyzes application portfolios to make standardization and rationalization recommendations in accordance to architectural principles, as well as architectural and technology standards and guidelines.
Analyzes application health and develops solutions to bring application in compliance with company standards and specifications
Leads end-to-end solution architecture and coordinates with other architecture disciplines in the completion of the architecture models.
Partners effectively with business and IT leaders including Product Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies and architecture models
Facilitates the collaboration of all relevant architecture teams, development teams and solution engineering to create conceptual, logical and physical architectures.
Collaborates across IT to find solutions and modify architectures given scope changes, discovery of previously unknown issues and/or any unintended consequences encountered during detailed design, construction and implementation.Resolves
IT architecture problems through option analysis, which includes identification, assessment and resolution of business/technical problems in accordance to architecture standards frameworks and guidelines.
Maintains and suggests new architecture standards.
Provides governance at the project level to ensure that designs adhere to architecture related concerns to the IT delivery teams and business constituents as required.
Performs or contributes to architecture blueprint analysis to help identify gaps in current state, articulate future state and roadmap to get to the future state, and provides support for realization of the blueprints via project initiatives.Stays abreast of industry direction, changes and improvements.Contributes to strategy analysis and provides recommendations to close the gap between current and future state technology.
.Leads the evolution of transitioning to a new architecture.
Directs projects to understand enterprise level architecture strategy, technology stack and identify future direction, gaps and roadmap in partnership with Product Architect.
Evaluates and selects from existing and emerging technologies the options that best fit business and IT strategic needs; able to present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on emerging technologies.
Contributes to defining architecture standards and anticipate areas where architecture standards may need to be developed that are in-line with customer, IT and industry standards.
Develops linkage and relationship of architectural components.
Identifies service requirements, component capacities and loads for planned business growth.
3 years’ experience in architecture/design with background in software development required
8 years’ experience in information technologies required
3+ years’ experience in Java, .Net, and Oracle required
2+ years’ experience in health care industry required
1+ years’ experience in mainframe and Weblogic preferred
Experience with infrastructure preferred
Experience with agile scrum preferred
