Required Skills:
76 Months experience in software design and development of enterprise-level applications
24 Months experience creating Angular (version 2 or greater) components with Typescript.
24 Months experience creating unit-tests in Angular using Karma and Jasmine.
12 Months experience with performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse and PWA concepts like PRPL pattern, service workers, server-side rendering, first load experience, and caching.

State of New York - Information Technology Services (ITS)
The RRSM project will result in a solution that will address the business transformation of three core business functions and the development of a modern, web-based application and reporting system for Homes and Community Renewal’s Office of Rent Administration (ORA), the Tenant Protection Unit (TPU) and the General Counsel’s office.
The consultant selected for this position will take on a senior level programming role. Candidate should have proven senior level experience in working on large teams, software design, integration and development of enterprise-level applications. The candidate’s primary responsibilities are to:
Responsibilities:
Write computer programs based on previously developed and approved program specifications
Create components in Angular with Typescript
Create offline Progressive Web Applications using service workers
Write unit-tests in Angular using Karma and Jasmine
Develop or assist with the development of test data.
Verify documentation is complete, organized and readily available.
Keep team leader and/or supervisor informed of progress and status of all assignments
