Note: Candidates were disqualified because they did not have a healthy amount of experience in the Android space. If candidates have less than 5 years of experience, he will not consider.
Will NOT consider candidates if:
- They do not have a minimum of 7 years of Android experience
- They bounced around to and from Android and haven''t consistently worked in the Android space
- They haven''t done any work in the Android space with the past 2 years (wants to see RECENT experience)
- They haven''t worked in RESTful Services within the past 2 years

Must HAVE:
- Must have atleast 7 years of total experience
- 5 years of Android experience
- RESTful Services within the past 2 years
- STRONG communication skills
