Roles and responsibilities
Hands on experience with mobile development on an Android platform in a professional environment
•2~6 years of Android development experience for Mobile phone/tablets .
Experience in developing high-performance and highly scalable applications.
Strong knowledge on Android components such as services, providers, activities, fragments etc.
Design and develop Android applications and Framework
Client server communication protocols development on the Android device
Handle field issues from customers Interact with testing & customer support team for technical queries Experience
Embedded solutions design, development and debugging experience
Strong Experience in Core Java is must in Android Studio/Eclipse environment
Strong Computer science fundamentals – like OS concepts ( process/thread), Computer networking, Data structures
Experience on C/C++ is a plus
Experience in OMADM /Syncml specification is plus
GIT/Gerrit/Perforce usage experience is a plus.
Excellent understanding of networking (building connected applications);
Excellent understanding of object oriented design and design patterns (e.g. SOLID);
UI/UX design and development experience
Developed (or contributed to the development) of at least one mobile application that is publically available through a mobile application store.
Commercial experience (you are or have been a professional software developer)
Worked within a genuinely development environment, working in previous Samsung R &D Lab is a plus
