Job Description :
*Title : Analyst, IT Enterprise Content Management* NEED LOCAL TO HOUSTON ONLY

Location: Houston only local candidates

Duration: Contract long term through 2018+

Interview: In Person

Primary responsibilities include a mix of application support,
troubleshooting issues, and assisting users in solving their content
management issues. The majority of work is focused on, but not limited to,
SharePoint and Documentum technologies. While some tasks will be governed
by established procedures, this role requires creativity and solid
problem-solving skills in order to deliver the required level of service.

*KNOWLEDGE:*

Successful candidate will have a competency with end user
interaction
Candidate must feel comfortable interfacing with users at all
levels within the organization

*RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:*

Provide Level two and three support for end users regarding
Enterprise Content Management Systems (Primarily SharePoint and Documentum)
Assist users in solving technical support specifically related to
the ECM systems
Routing issues to correct development and technical teams that
require higher level support
Performing assigned duties consistent with the policies and
procedures defined and approved by management

*QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):*

1. *Education and Certifications*: Bachelor s Degree in
business/technology or relevant experience.
2. *Experience:* 1-2 years in a technical support role
