Skills

4 to 6 Years of Work Experience

Experience in IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience Management

Understanding about API platform and experience with API Testing

Good Knowledge on eCommerce, Selfservice Web and APP platforms

Good communication skills & ability to work with multiple teams and react quickly when identify for issues

Knowledge on Quality management tools and ITSM tools is a plus

Good to have knowledge on Splunk

Good Knowledge on Telecom and Web Operations

Awareness on Adobe marketing cloud platform

Monitoring and Analysis 3.0 and 4.0 experience and performance/stability of Sprint WEB using various Tools

Handle Order investigations and/or customer escalations

Support Managers and Directors with the data about the issues related to API and/or customer experience

Sending Hourly, Daily reports to Managers and Directors

Generating WoW reports and analyzing all 4.0 Care API response codes

Sales APIs and Sales user experience trends.
