Job Description :
We are currently engaged with a client seeking an Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis . In this role, the Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis will:
* Proactively work with functional area leaders across the organization on various financial planning activities including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic analyses.
* Lead and prepare key components of the monthly rolling-12 forecast to include partnering with functional area leaders to obtain input and developing meaningful supporting financial analyses
* Support the annual budget process including developing financial tools and analyses as well as working with functional area leaders in refining their respective budgets into useful management tools
* Serve as an insightful analytical partner to internal customers by developing actionable analytical tools to support decision making around process improvements, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities
* Perform other ad hoc financial analyses and related duties as assigned
The appropriate individual will have the following experience:
* BS in finance, accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
* 3-6 years'' relevant experience
* Strong work ethic, self-motivated, reliable, accountable, dedicated, collegial, principled
* A customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills with the propensity to interact comfortably and effectively with all levels across the organization
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
* Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and focus on the most critical tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced computer proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Adaptive Insight experience a plus
