Role: Test Development Engineer

Job Description:

Lead Analog designer capable of detailed design and documentation, designing to industry standards,
and performing in a team environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for component level design schematic capture, and layout review of analog circuitry.
Participation in writing plans and testing procedures and
Interfacing with customers with minimal oversight from senior personnel.
Mentoring of junior personnel.
Coordinating with multi-disciplinary design teams.

Qualification/Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Knowledge of principles and design applications, and non-idealities of RLC circuits, op amps, filters,
A/D conversion, MOSFETs and bipolar transistors in linear and non-linear circuits.
Understanding of linear control systems and feedback principles.
Demonstrated expertise in communicating technical issues with peers.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Desired Characteristics
Strong skills in mathematics
Professional, post-academia or graduate experience with analog design, power supply design or EMI
related design and test.
Familiarity with the Mentor Graphics schematic and circuit layout CAD package
Familiarity with OrCAD PSPICE or LT Spice, Mathcad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio

Knowledge/Skills:

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to manage priorities and manage task performance.
Able to work well across disciplines and departments.
