They would basically provide support for Allscripts Vision to users, provide training to new users via scheduled classes 5 x per month, open tickets with the vendor and track those tickets, etc.

I have to have people with Vision experience.

Job Profile Summary Job Profile Summary SCOPE: Under general supervision, provides technical analysis and support for Physician Practice Systems. Develops and produces financial and ad-hoc reports. Supports PPS new release testing. Supports and adheres to the clients Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Develops and produces financial and ad-hoc reports from Physician Practice Systems using standards report writing tools. -Provides PPS technical support including report analysis, interpretation and problem-solving. -Provides technical system management and analysis using system utility tools including extracting and manipulating data from current to new systems/databases; designing and table building to support system interface development and administration; and mass file updates. -As needed, conducts meetings and training related to the development and implementation of Physician Practice Systems. Assists with testing and new system releases for PPS. -Assists with project management for the implementation and administration of Physician Practice Systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a clinical discipline. Minimum five years information systems and/or medical business office experience.
