SCA - Aircraft Worker

Description:
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on aircraft mechanical assemblies and sub assemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, and frames.
Works from drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and sub assemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Mandatory:
Previous experience manufacturing simple to complex mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as drill presses, rivet and hardware presses.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
Desired:
Experience with Hi-Lok fasteners, Cherrymax rivets, blueprint reading, and pneumatic tooling.
