Certified Scrum Master
3+ year working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
1+ years’ experience working with IT infrastructure projects with 1+ years working as the Agile Coach or Scrum Master
Strong Agile knowledge and ability to have difficult conversations
Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a the team/organization
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Understand backlog grooming, burn down metrics, velocity and task definition
Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and best practices.
Able to facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives and PI planning events
Understanding Agile as a mindset and ideology rather than simply a process
Able to think outside the boundaries of a simple framework.
Willing to learn new innovative Agile techniques and apply this knowledge by teaching and coaching teams.
3+ years of experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Calm demeanor -Focus on relationships and partnership to drive results not authority driven results.
