Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Prepare for and facilitate daily scrum meetings; sprint planning, lessons learned, retrospective, backlog grooming, and planning poker sessions with technical team
* Create, maintain, and organize backlog of epics and stories
* Ability to manage and report on multiple projects
* Manage team progress and dependencies with other team
* Ability to remove and escalate impediments
* Work closely with business and technical team to prioritize and update backlog
* Review and provide feedback on drafted user stories and epics to ensure alignment with general Agile user story standards
* Be an advocate for the Agile and Scrum methodologies
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience with IT projects
* Experience with Agile / Kanban and Scrum
* Experience using Agile backlog management tool(s), preferably JIRA
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with team of shared resources
* Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
* Able to work collaboratively with business analysts, developers, testers and management
* Experience with full software development lifecycle a plus
