The Scrum Master is accountable for guiding, coaching, teaching and assisting team
Leads team by serving the best interests of team, not oneself
Creates and maintains an environment favorable to applying Scrum process.
Bulldozing removing any impediments to team’s progress.
Facilitating meetings, and working with product service owner
Protects team from over commitment complacency
Helping team to do the best work it possibly could.
