Job Description :
Title : Agile SAFe Coach
Duration : 6+ months contract.
Location : Woodland , TX
Agile Coach will be responsible for coaching and mentoring with the overall goal of organizational transformation to agility and should be comfortable working at all levels of the organization. The Agile Coach is an expert in lean/agile practices and one or more knowledge domains (i.e. technical, business, organizational) while having developed some skill in facilitation, mentoring, training and/or professional coaching.
Experience Details
Must be SAFe 4.0 or 4.5 Certified
Must have experience with running at least 1 full Agile Transformations
Must have a solid background utilizing an agile framework in software development
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentorship experience
Experience with transitioning software teams to an agile framework
Experience working with various levels of leadership
Experience working in an Agile Center of Excellence
Certification in one or more of these designations is preferred:
Certification as an Agile Coach
Agile Certified Practitioner
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certification as a Product Owner (i.e. CSPO)
SAFe Program Consultant 4 (SPC4)
Project Management Professional (PMP)®
