Looking for a Project Manager with Agile/Scrum experience. Must be a highly competent communicator with professional experience speaking with C-Level executives. Looking for someone with large matrixed organization experience.
Critical:
Professional c-suite presence
Highly competent communicator
4-6 years of Agile experience
Large matrix organization pedigree
Other considerations:
Strong SDLC full life cycle experience
Motivated / Sense of urgency
Comfortable managing and overseeing large groups and vendors
Ability to dive into the details when needed without losing perspective
Familiar with and managing work through SOWs, both fixed-bid and time/materials
Need to have great comm skills
This Project Manager will be managing large multi-million dollar projects, heavy Agile and heavy exposure to top level executives
