SAFe Agile Program Manager / Release Train Engineer ( RTE) will be supporting an enterprise wide package / insurance PAS implementation.
At least 10+ years of software project management, delivery experience, with
at least 4 years of delivering projects using Agile Development approaches
Minimum of 2 years’ experience of formal SAFE implementation, Agile Coaching / Consulting around Agile Engineering concepts and approaches. Experience with standard Agile project performance metrics and reporting. Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables Facilitating Feature and story backlog prioritization and grooming, Release planning (Program Increment)/ BRP events. Should be able to closely work with Business owners, IT management and Leaders and needs to be good in communication, co-ordination.
