Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: New Haven, CT
Duration: 6+Months

Job Description:

The Agile Coach will lead various organizational teams in understanding and embracing the Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

The Agile Coach is responsible for determining a strategy for incremental organizational adoption of Agile and executing that strategy including guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, promoting organizational growth, and answering questions.
The Agile Coach promotes the Agile mindset and acts as an effective change agent for Agile teams to improve the effectiveness of development and business efforts by facilitating improved Agile adoption and maturity across the enterprise
Experience providing hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
Drive organizational change, in addition to agile best practices and capabilities within the team, enabling the team to adopt and take ownership of their individual roles.
Support team cohesiveness and enable Scrum Master, Product Owner and other roles to effectively perform their roles.
Raise issues and drive change to remove impediments from the teams

Qualifications:

7+ Years of Technology experience
5+ years direct experience in Agile
2+ Years as an Agile Coach
Transformation Delivery and Coaching background
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SPC4+ Certified - Preferred
Experience performing these roles in the insurance/financial services industry a plus
