Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: Merrimack, NH
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
5+ years of hands-on Agile coaching at the program level
Experience with hands-on coaching, not someone who’s just taken classes and passed the exam
Worked with VPs and upper management to think through product management and increase maturity of product
Enterprise-level experience (large teams)
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certified
Implemented large-scale SAFe implementations in enterprise environments (conducted 5-8 release-planning cycles)
SCRUM/Kanban implementation experience
Excellent communication – able to interface with tech and business users; personable to execute transformation
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Technical knowledge – knowledge of backlogs, experienced working with developers and multi-disciplinary tech teams
Additional SAFe certifications - SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO) Certifications

Fulltime coach on the MMK team
Responsibilities – “program” coach will work with whole release streams, work with product managers on backlogs, increase maturity of products, and determine how best to create/monitor dashboards
Work with fulltime agile coach to move team toward one common standard of SAFe implementation
SAFe framework has been built for the team, just waiting on managerial approval
The team coach along with the existing fulltime Agile coaches will work together to initiate SAFe rollout
Team has been working toward SCRUM and Kanban for the last 3 or 4 years
