Agile Coach
Work location will be either Jersey City, NJ (or) New Castle, Delaware / Tampa, FL

We are looking for 1-2 Agile coaches. Following are the details.
Expert on Lean-Agile methods, Agile Transformations and scaling frameworks
Experience in coaching for all levels and roles
Experience in handling major agile transformation for banks, training teams, assessing team practices and supporting new engineering practices
They are looking for someone who is Techno Functional, who understands the architectural complexities and align the same in their Agile goals. Basically they are looking for someone who is very hands on technically as well (till recent past), who can bring the technical flavor in the agile roadmap.
