Job Title: Agile Coach, EXPERT
Location: Manassas, VA
Contract: 6+months
Interview: Phone screen then F2F or possibly Web-ex

Scope of Work:
The objective of the Agile coaching initiative is to increase collaboration, reduce time to market, become more user centric and to address change more easily.
The key practices and tools to achieve this is to:
- Increase and standardize the use of Agile
- Shift-test left and Continuous delivery
- Provide an adequate Agile toolset and integration
The role and object of the agile coach is to:
Quickly establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to ensure leadership buy-in across Business, IT and Operations.
Provide coaching and training at all levels (including executives) in an emerging Agile environment.
Assess readiness and status of each Agile team that will be transformed, define a transition plan and assist the teams to execute the plan.
Evolve the Agile Maturity of the teams, show evidence of improvements established.
Provide training, sit-in coaching and feedback to Agile teams/Scrum Masters during planning sessions, daily checkpoints, retrospectives etc.
Identify and implement appropriate plan and Agile techniques to improve the companies Agility.
Increase the knowledge and skills of the different Agile coaches across the regions, train the trainer.
Share experience and best practices by documenting and presenting the information.
Coach teams in cycles of 3 months, during each cycle 2 teams will be coached to mature their Agile practices.
