Role:Agile Coach
Location:Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ Months
Minimum years of experience:-10+years
Must Have Skills
Coaching / Training experience – should have coached teams in adopting agile practices
Must possess deep understanding of end to end agile lifecycle –
Business Case, Vision, Charter, Release Planning, Agile Estimation, Sprint 0, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Setup activities, Sprint Execution, Defect Management, Metrics, Reporting, Sprint and Release deliverables, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, MVP, PSI, Release Trains, Co-located vs Virtual Scrums, Agile models (SAFe, LESS, Scrum, Kanban) etc.
Agile Transformation experience, must have worked in teams which have transitioned to agile, from waterfall
Must have worked with an Agile Management tool (JIRA, Agile Central, Version One)
Nice to have skills:
Industry certifications: CSM, PSM
Prior experience in designing Agile Standards and frameworks
Knowledge in DevSecOps
