Required:
- Seeking enterprise level environment experience
- background in devops would be very helpful
- REQUIRED: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) understanding
- nice to have: Coming out of an Informatics/big data type of environment
- very strong communication skills and ability
- leadership type of role. Need to be comfortable nudging people and creating creative ways to motivate people to keep the projecting moving smoothly.
- There should be scrum certifications on the resume
- Healthcare industry experience not important
- seeking someone that grew from hands on IT (pre. developers) into coaching background
- Experience has to match what is seen in the resume. Needs someone who has the ability to drive change
- Proven experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master/Kanban practitioner
- Proven experience transforming teams and organizations to Agile/Scrum/SAFe from waterfall or other methodologies.
- Excellent communication and Partnership skills
- Hands on experience on Agile practices, Scrum process, Kanban etc. as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master.
- Proven leadership experience in IT delivery, building and sustaining high performing teams.
- Provide need based coaching to team members to be agile and support agile delivery.
- SAFe SPC or other certifications experience

Years of Experience:
- 10-12 years of working in an Agile Environment
- 5 + years as a Coach (not seeking someone with multiple responsibilities/titles. Must be dedicated coaches for 5+ years)
- Bachelors of Science of higher


- Working with the Informatics team - has unique scenarios working in an Agile env. A lot of exp. team level transformations. Waterfall to Agile | Changing Mindsets | End-to-end delivery. Background in DevOps CI/CD is a PLUS advantage
- Looking for people that can drive change - experience, ability, mindset of a -change agent This is a high-impact role. Not looking for command/central types. Have to be able organically drive change looking on resume for that track record
- Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and technical best-practices
- Looking to see team Training i.e. the different positions / rolls played on the Scrum team mentioning Product Owner
- Considers a Leadership Role | Comfortable with influencing people to change
- Expectation they are certified. 4 to 5 years as an Agile Coach (culture, mindset, working with stakeholders and management) working -all the way through Looking for someone that guided everyone (teams) through the process.
- Expect people that came through the SW Development ranks 10-15 years overall exp. Seen things from a different perspective and be able to talk to that experience.
- Always looking for willingness to become FTEs
- Scrum is the way they are going to go
- Way things happen and go there
- Taking teams through the development journey of data transformation, big data, informatics, data analytics, data warehouse etc- The challenge is the kind of work. For the Informatics team the paradigm is different / nature of work is different
- Appreciate the current unique environment of the Informatics Team - listening and understanding their unique process based on the work. Then build the adaption plan slowly transforming them to a better SCRUM way
