*Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook & MS Excel
*Great attention to detail

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Answering and transferring all inbound phone calls
*Checking voicemails every morning & after lunch and distributing to appropriate person
*Taking messages and distributing to the appropriate person/department
*Scanning and filing as needed
*Employee Booking keeping
*Maintaining excel spreadsheet of inspections for all customers
*Preparing and sending mails and new hire packages to employees.
