Job Description :
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all our customers including internal partners, tax agencies, and our payroll clients.
Follow standard operating procedures to accurately enroll our customers and pay/file taxes on time to the appropriate tax agencies
Effectively communicate e-services enrollment needs to our customers via phone or email
Efficiently resolve customer care inquiries regarding tax issues
Learn and use our software, tools, and problem-solving strategies to complete your assigned work
Filing months (Jan, April, July and Oct) require perfect attendance and often overtime
Help direct supervisor
Other general office duties as needed
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with payroll, with a solid understanding of payroll taxes.
Previous experience in payroll customer care and/or technical support is preferred.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, organizational & listening skills.
Attention to detail is extremely important to both ensure accuracy of the processes you are performing and to identify abnormalities that may require escalation.
Demonstrated analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to easily manage multiple priorities within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Ability to work individually and as a cooperative member of a team.
Must be competent with computer skills including MS Office Suite.
BA/BS preferred (Accounting major/minor is a plus!
