Skills Required: 3-5 Years’ Experience in Facility/Office Management & Administration/Front Desk



Manage the day-to-day operations of customer facilities.

Previous experience with Real Estate or Facilities Management is a plus

Being able to coordinate logistics for staffs, meetings , conferences

Interfacing with all levels of management, operate with efficiency and with a high degree of professionalism

Presentable, good phone skills, knowledge of word, email , and basic excel

Excellent planning and organizational skills

-Sharp visual skills with a close attention to detail
