Active Directory expert L3 skills with 9 plus years experience and following responsibilities
1. Expertise in Active Directory L3 Support
2. Windows Administration and PowerShell knowledge
3. Good Client interaction and communication
4. Team management
5. Ensure Complex AD related Ticket resolution within SLA
6. Work with customer to complete AD related activities, tasks, projects
7. Coordination with client and team members, Status tracking and reporting
